The Service

SJW is a third-party Discord bot providing moderation, economy, leveling, tickets, giveaways, and related server-management features, along with a companion web dashboard. SJW is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

Eligibility

You must meet Discord's own minimum age and account requirements to use SJW, since it operates entirely on top of Discord. Using SJW also means you agree to remain in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SJW to:

  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Attempt to exploit, abuse, or disrupt the bot, its dashboard, or its underlying infrastructure, including automod/anti-nuke bypass attempts or automated abuse of economy commands.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Violate any applicable law.

Server owners are responsible for how SJW's features are configured within their own server.

The Economy System

Shards, balances, and every item in the in-server shop are virtual, in-game only, and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, purchased with real currency, or cashed out. Balances may be reset by SJW's team in cases of clear exploitation or bugs.

Availability

SJW is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and the bot may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, Discord API issues, or factors outside our control. We aim for reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Termination

We may suspend or remove SJW's access to a server, or a specific user's access to the dashboard, if we reasonably believe these terms or Discord's own policies are being violated. A server's own staff may remove the bot from their server at any time.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

SJW is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the bot or dashboard, including loss of data, server settings, or in-game economy balances.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change materially, we'll post a note in our support server and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SJW after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
